Repeat Prescriptions

To avoid mistakes, we will only accept requests for repeat prescriptions in writing. Please indicate which items you require on the repeat section of your prescription. Requests can then be hand delivered or posted to the surgery. Please allow at least two working days notice.  If you enclose an S.A.E. with your request we will post the repeat prescription to you.  Repeat prescriptions are not issued during consultations.
